Choosing, Ordering, and Delivery
The whole process was so easy. I was able to talk to a real person on the phone (rare these days) who kindly walked me through every detail and patiently answered all my questions.
Fun fact: the sauna room and the heating element are sold separately. It can be a little confusing to make sure you get the right size heater for the sauna you choose so it heats quickly, evenly, and safely. I didn’t want to risk buying the wrong one. Unboxing
Delivery was faster than I expected. The driver scheduled a time with us, wheeled the pallets up our driveway, and into the garage. It arrived on two large pallets, safely packed in a crate.
The second we opened it, the smell of the wood hit us… so good. Everything was neatly laid out and easy to find, with the instructions right on top. The packaging was so organized that it made the whole process feel less intimidating.
Assembly
Set aside a weekend for this. The assembly is straightforward but can be time consuming, especially if you end up running to the hardware store for something last minute.
My fiancé and I built the sauna ourselves over two days, then had an electrician come in to finish the hookup. Everything you need is listed in the instructions and it all fit together easily. Building it ourselves made us appreciate it even more once it was done.
